In September 2009, Planned Action completed internal and external reconfiguration works to Ofcom’s Listening Station based in North Hertfordshire. Works included the creation of new meeting rooms, hot desk and open plan office areas, air conditioning installations and the creation of a conservatory staff break-out area.
