From the conceptual stages of any project we assign a Project Director, who becomes the direct Planned Action contact for the Client. We aim to give continual and consistent support, with quality communications and approachable personnel who will remain fully committed and sympathetic to the business requirements and budgeting issues. We are dedicated to giving impartial, realistic, and achievable advice, whilst offering guidance in decision making.

Our design team recognise the importance of people-centric designs and flexible workspaces. Your workspace should reflect your identity, personality and values. It should cultivate innovation, leverage productivity and boost morale. It should also act as a social hub and provide the correct atmosphere to plan and make decisions.

Planned Action will offer you assistance in understanding and defining requirements. We will help to identify Local Authority Planning and Building Control issues, whilst setting appropriate budgets for the works under consideration.

At the conclusion of all projects we produce a full Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual for future Client reference/maintenance. These documents are provided in both hard and electronic format.
