It is the intention of Planned Action Limited (PAL) to provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other associated legislation which remains effective and relevant.

PAL regards the promotion of health and safety as a key element in operating a successful business. In order that this policy can be effective, the maintenance of high standards in health and safety will be a mutual objective for employees at all levels.

PAL recognises that it has a responsibility to ensure that the health, safety and welfare of its staff is protected whilst carrying out work for PAL, both on its own premises and at any other site.

PAL also recognises that it has a responsibility to secure the health, safety and welfare of any person visiting, or carrying out works, on its own premises or any other premises under its control.
