In the Design and Planning stages of each project, we aim to maximise space efficiency by combining innovation and experience in delivering workable, safe, and cost effective solutions.

This service starts with a site survey to establish feasibility and generate options for the Client. After the production of working plans, the process of refining concepts and producing workable models is performed in direct conjunction with the Client and the Primary Consultant. We use the latest Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems, and plans are circulated and controlled with a managed system of issues and releases.

The design and planning stage of a project is concluded with the production of final plans, outline specification, and a schedule of finishes / presentation board.

All of this service is produced in-house, ensuring a quick and efficient solution, with direct accountability.
