Space Planning

In the Design and Planning stages of each project, we aim to maximise space efficiency by combining innovation and experience in delivering workable, safe, and cost effective solutions.

This service starts with a site survey to ensure that critical objectives detailed by the Client at the outset are achievable. Essential issue are prioritised, whilst ensuring lesser important issues are not overlooked. Our design team, working with Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems, will create detailed specifications, drawings and visuals with varying options to suit both aspirations and budget restraints. The process of refining concepts and producing workable models is performed in direct conjunction with the Client, and plans are circulated and controlled with a managed system of issues and releases.

The design and planning stage of a project is concluded with the production of final plans, outline specification, and a schedule of finishes.

All of this service is produced in-house, ensuring a quick and efficient solution, with direct accountability.
